Also i'm not experienced with open or create asi. files as you did, but there might be an Way to unlock the decals, if you want i can ask Vlad too, but he is inactive since 2015 so i dont think that will get succsess ;/

(when you click on his safegames you can edit the Decals and its written an SPECIAL 167 there (at Rudy Chens 911 for example)
so somehow it is possible..I really need help here, i'm not an modder and i dont know what to do anymore xD

yo, I've been looking everywhere for the Decal Vinlys already, and seen that some Vlad_08 already did that in his safegames. My Idea was to import the DXT5 vinlys into the decal places, and i opend very much already, whole frontend database and also Very much other folders in the NFS directory, but i wasn't able to find the Decal Section. Yes some decals are inside Frontend, but if you replace some of them everything is still the same When you choose the decal. I really hope for help! :)
