This mod aims to replace defaults heat by Belgian police and USA police.
Heat 1 -> 4 = Belgian Police (Belgian Police Van)
Heat 5 -> LAPD (LAPD Ford Crown Victoria, LAPD Dodge Charger Srt-8, LAPD Police Van)

It also makes traffic realistic by replacing default cars by Camaro ZL1, Crown Victoria etc
