Honda Civic Si 1999

Correct emitters ect

INSTALL:
1. download mod and unpack it
2.install the .nfsms with vlt 4.5 or above
3. copy NIS_SYL_AER_99 folder to cars folder, replace.
4. install nfsms script with vlt
6. Save vlt and launch game!
BUGS:
No grill texture as its rather have just a black grill or a really bad texture that isnt mapped properly so i chose just black, exhaust flames are basic as in they dont adapt to each exhaust and the materials/shader on the door appear to be a bit broken so the car will be blue with a white door in the garage but outdoors its fine, none of these effect the car or gameplay enjoy.
