All Cars Unlocker

As the title says, this mod makes all traffic cars, all police cars and the BMW M3 GTR (for those who don't own the deluxe edition) unlockable and purchasable (the cars cost nothing).
Purchasable and driveable without crashes are only the police cars.
Your game will most likely crash when trying to buy a traffic car, but after a restart, the car will appear in the garage.

This mod is not work. No all this cars from your unlocker's in dealer shop. What needs to be done to make them appear? Reach level seventy? Pass a career?

i cant even get into the garage with the ford explorer in the game
