All Cars and Liveries Unlocker (NFS Rivals)

For those who don't own the Complete Edition of Rivals, this mod unlocks all cars from the game (including the Overwatch Cars). After you start the game with this mod, all cars will be displayed as owned.
Additionally, this mod also unlocks all liveries and they will appear as owned.

There's still no dlc cars after applying mod.

You need Frosty Mod Manager for this @pigbenis.
