Increases the amount of damage you inflict on cops and goons making them easy to take down in one hit

Setting-up Mod

1. Get Frosty Mod Manager
2. Place Vanity Packs files .fbmod into the mods folder of the Mod Manager
3. Open mod manager (as administrator) and select payback exe (if first time use)
4. apply mod
5. Press launch near the top of the window and enjoy
