Open the MWR.ini file, in it we find:
EffectSearchPaths = YOU'RE PATH TO \ scripts \ reshade-shaders \ Shaders
Instead of "YOU'RE PATH TO", specify the path to the "scripts" folder and the further files indicated further in the line.
As a result, we have something similar:

We do the same actions with the remaining lines, where you can see
"YOU'RE PATH TO"
In the final version, we have:

Permissions in the NFSMostWanted.WidescreenFix.ini file are changing.

1 - Custom tuned ReShade for the atmosphere of the game.
2 - Reconfigured in-game color gamma (using ExtOps).
3 - New physics of collisions with traffic, police, fences, terrain.
4 - Complicated police (intelligence and number of policemen + number of police road blocks).
5 - Cut / added races.
6 - HD reflections (HDreflections by Aero_).
7 - Xbox360 shaders (blur, lighting by Osdever).
8 - Hand-made weather effects.
9 - HD Cloud Textures
10 - Other textures of the game world in HD resolution, replaced in the in-game archives.
11 - Ported the effect of raindrops on the screen (by ThirteenAG).
12 - All the music in the game has been replaced (changing the original name of the songs with the ones replaced by me was too lazy)

For complete identity, it is necessary to set EVERYTHING TO THE MAXIMUM in the graphics settings of the game, but to disable the “high brightness” effect, everything else should be turned on !!!

UPD 1.
Download Lighting patch to up mod to v3.1.
Unpack folder from archive and put it in main game folder with replace.
