HUD Tachometer MOD

My first mod, that I post here. would like to know your opinions.
Mod with backup, don't worry if you don't like, you can go back to normal one.

This mod changes the basic HUD Tachometer and Turbo, to my Version.
Recommended blank/black red lines for turbo and HUD on IngameCommon.lzc
