Adds Spoiler and Roof/Hood Scoop mount points to playable traffic cars (Pizza car, Taxi, Pickup Truck & Minivan)

Does not come with a script that adds them to car lot or modifies performance.

Can't, BinViewer doesn't work for Carbon.
