NFSMW English Language Fix

This mod makes adjustments/fixes to the English language, including fixing car names, as well as fixing Northwest Roof scoop's name, and many more issues in the in-game English Language.
How to install:
Copy English.bin to your NFSMW installation folder, or to Resources/NFSMW/Languages in Ed the Car Dealer if you want to use this fix with addon cars.
