Career-specific Cars Unlock relocation + DLC/Online-only unlocks for Career

This mod changes the unlock conditions for the Tier 2 and 3 cars that were only unlocked in one career path, but were unlocked after beating Darius in other paths.
For example, the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 can only be unlocked in Canmor Downs when a Tuner Career is done, but if you go Exotic or Muscle, you unlock it after beating Darius.
This will make Tier 2 and 3 cars unlock in the following conditions:
Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG (R230), Dodge Charger SRT8 '06, Volkswagen Golf R32 Mk.V - Morgan Beach (Exotic/Tuner), Mason District (Muscle)
Porsche Carrera GT, Shelby GT500 '67, Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec (R34) - Canmor Downs (Exotic/Tuner), Diamond Hills (Muscle)
Optional Features that can be enabled:
Make stock DLC cars (Infiniti G35, Porsche 997 Turbo, Dodge Challenger R/T '71) available after beating Darius
Make Race Wars unlock online-only visual items and cars that were unlockable through online reward cars/Online Level.
Enable Custom Cars in Car Lot for new saves.
