Payback: New Decals w.i.p

w.i.p project of replacing the decals in wrap editor with Anime and Jdm/Normal Stickers, some decals will be added in existing menu's i already highlighted in updates so be sure to look in there when updating this mod.

To install this first download Frosty Mod Manager not Editor https://frostytoolsuite.com/downloads.html then extract the files to a folder where you'll remember it and run it as Administrator, click new and find where your installed Nfs Payback for me it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed Payback, then click select at the bottom or double click on Payback icon, click on import mod and choose the Rar folder you just downloaded you should see the mod show up, click apply mods then launch
