Unrestricted Wrap Editor Decals

This mod un-restricts all Wrap Editor Decals meaning thay all can now be fully rescaled and recoloured (take note of the Eastsiderz decal in the picture). Unfortunaly not all decals really wok properly as many were not intended to be reshaped or painted a different colour but many work really well and this can open up more room for creativity when making a livery.

Installation:
To install this mod you will need Frosty Mod Manager ( https://frostytoolsuite.com/downloads.html). Simply download the mod and drag it into the mod manager and click 'Apply mod'. Once this is done launch the game via the mod manager and the mod will be loaded.
