This mod makes your gameplay feels different- I mean really different!

Many modifications were made to the game files using VltEd. (see readme)
NOTE FOR THE PORSCHE CARRERA S RESTORATION: you may need to create a new savegame to have the car.

To install, backup your GLOBAL folder and copy from the archive.
