Installation:
1. Put the COPS281 folder in the CARS folder
2. No vinyls
3. Open NFS-VltEd and import cops281.nfsms, save and exit
4. Copy the Ed folder to where you put Ed
5. Open "Ed.exe", click "Main" -> "Open" and search for the game installation folder
6. Click "Tools" -> "Unlock Game Files For Modding"
7. Click "Apply"
8. Make a new save game and enjoy your ride (or just modify your current save game)

is there another version of this to be a car folder with an .mwps file so it ain't gonna ruin the binary car mods

like that of the nfs payback cops mod pack for nfsmw where the installation is (copy and paste modded cop car folders tog ame directory and install the attributes.mwps files using Vlted so that the tires position are correct and proper)
