NFSPS - Lancia Delta Evo Forced Induction Fix

Small fix for the Delta's forced induction. This car has the exact same forced induction parts as pretty much all tuner cars in the game (two turbos & a centrifugal supercharger) but it had the same FE_data as all the classic muscle cars (twin screw & roots chargers). This fixes that.

No changes to performance or turbosfx at all, purely just changes the in-game text & brand logos.

i have request most of the muscle cars i have used for replacing with my mods have broken forced induction i was wondering if you could fix them not saying all of them do but alot of them do have broken forced induction
