Restored Beta Cam Shake

This will enable the cam shake from the beta version of nfsmw
The shaky effect is the same as underground 1 drag race cam but softer

Warning !!!
maybe it will give you a headache for the first time but you'll get used to it for quite some time
I think Blackbox removed it to avoid the game from being called a headache simulator lol
