Alright people I think I know what's up: In the "scripts" folder there is an .asi file called "MW360Tweaks" which makes the game crash but without it the sky looks like halloween off eBay. The only fix I found for it is to re-install the mod from here every time the MW360Tweaks.asi makes the game crash. This fixed it for me but I don't know about others

You can't. You'll struggle and have constant stuttering at 10-15 fps.

Let's say I have the following:- Intel Core i7 11800h Processor
- 16GB RAM
- RTX 3050ti (4GB dedicated VRAM) Graphics Card
Will I be able to run this mod?

@LimpetArch I launched TexMod with admin rights, checked the path to MW .exe file, and after I chose MWEternal .tpf file, i launched the game.It ususally takes some time to load the game (in my case, the system freezes at 5-7 minutes when launched first time)
