Japanese License Plates for ProStreet V.2
How to install:
1. Download nfsu360's NFS TexEd v1.1 and run it.
2. From the "File" tab, hit "Open". (Ctrl+O)
3. Go to your NFS PS Root directory -> Global -> GlobalB.lzc
4. In the yellow chart, find "LICENSEPLATE" texture.
5. Click on it.
6. From the "Texture" tab, hit "Replace". (Ctrl+I)
7. Select your desired license plate texture.
8.From the ''File'' tab, hit ''Save''. (Ctrl+S)
9. Now run your game.
