Standalone mod from my Rebalanced Cops System mod
Doesn't make any too much differences but atleast it make the cops felt more stable

@101MohamedErmelateGranger101 yes it is, after a few months of learning vlted I found out that this mod simply changes the technical characteristics of the cops (cars as far as i remember) but not the voice characteristics

is this mod restoring unused cops dialogues? (like condition changes, etc)
