NFS Most Wanted: Falken Decal Restoration

A similar mod made by RoboticCyborg was already made, but it replaced the Fastbrakes decal. So this mod restores the Falken Decal WITHOUT REPLACING any other decals.

He sadly eliminated them because the community of Ext Opts were talking bad about his mods, so he thought, if the community didn't like his mods, why making new ones?
