Description:
This mod aims to recreate the license plates from some BB Era (NFS Underground 1/2, Most Wanted) games in a higher quality using the textures available in NFS Heat.

How to create your own license plate?:
1) You can find the .psd files in the PSD folder.
2) Open any of them with Adobe Photoshop (with NVIDIA DDS Plugin installed) and change them as you want.
3) When you're done, save them in Textures folder using one of these names:
- LicensePlate_MostWanted_Custom.dds
- LicensePlate_Underground_Custom.dds
- LicensePlate_Underground2_Custom.dds
4) Use the "Custom" or "Add-On (ALL)" option while installing the mod.

Installation:
A) Binary Installation: (Compatible with Binary v2.2.0 and up) [SAFE METHOD] [Applicable for U2 and MW only] [Add-On] [Replace]
1) Download and install the latest version of Binary: https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/1638
2) Run Binary as administrator.
3) Select User Mode. (Click the icon on left.)
4) Select one of the "Setup_NFSMW.end" or "Setup_NFSU2.end" files according to the game you want to change the plates.
5) Select your game installation directory.
6) Select the plate you want to use, or select "Add-On (ALL)" option to add all the plates into your game.
7) If the program asks you to select a mod for compability, select the name of the mod you've installed. If you don't have any of the mods in the list, select None.
8) Wait for it to get installed.
9) Confirm the save prompt.
10) Quit Binary.
B) NFS-TexEd Installation: [QUICK METHOD] [Applicable for U/U2 and MW] [Replace]
1) Download and install the latest version of NFS-TexEd: https://nfs-tools.blogspot.com/p/downloads.html
2) Run NFS-TexEd as administrator.
3) Open GLOBAL\GlobalB.lzc file for the game you want to change the plates.
4) Locate the "LICENSE_PLATE" or "LICENSEPLATE" texture.
5) Select Texture > Replace from the menu or press Ctrl + I.
6) Select the texture you want to use from the Textures folder.
7) Save the file by selecting File > Save from the menu or pressing Ctrl + S.
8) Quit NFS-TexEd.
NOTE: If you install using "Add-On (ALL)" option, you will need to create a new save game or retune your previous cars.

@nlgxzef MostWanted_PLATES.bin contains list for all plates, right? Which tool can edit this file?

That's odd - while replacing the textures does work, the specific menu for it doesn't show up.

hi everyone, can anyone help me? I can create textures for Plates, but I don't understand how to add a place through in Binary to this. there are only 34 textures in this mod, I want to make my own mod with my own textures, for example, there will be 50 of them, please tell me how can I do this?
