Carbon Unlocked Ride Height

This mod(modscript) allows cars to be raised and lowered in the ride height menu. There are a few visual bugs in the menu when you are below 0% (50% being the new 0%) It works fine in menus and in-game.

The values are set to a sensible amount but you can easily make them higher. the max is -125 and 125 although at those values it looks really silly.
