Installation:
1. Download NFS-VltEd here: https://nfs-tools.blogspot.hu/p/downloads.html
2. Open NFS-VltEd as admin rights (right click -> run as admin)
2. Go to File -> Open. select NFS Carbon installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed Carbon)
3. Go to File -> Import -> ModScript
4. Select the NFSC_REMOVESPEEDLINES.nfsms file
5. Click on Install
6. Go to File -> Save
7. Enjoy!
