NFS Undercover Sound Overhaul

May or may not be the biggest sound mod this game has ever seen. Jokes aside this mod improves all car sounds in the game for a way more immersive experience!

Fixes: Exotics (the best in the mod imo), Muscles (imo the worst :[) and Tuners (somewhere in the middle imo)

Intructions:
1. Extract the "SOUNDS" folder into your Undercover directory
2. Open VLTed, Click File -> Import -> modscript
3. Open the 'UC Sound Overhaul.nfsms" file and then press install
4. Once it's done, click File -> Save

You're done! Now enjoy an undercover with some amazing sounds!

1.3 Update
-Now these cars have multiple sound nodes! : Nissan Skyline GTR R34, Lotus Elise, Mazda RX8, Aston Martin DB9, Porsche 911 Turbo,
Audi TT V6, Golf R32, Mazda RX7 and the Toyota Supra

-Fixed mcl_f1_c's engine sound, so it uses the player tmx now

Half of the engine sounds do not even play on the newest version of this mod, like the all the Audis, the E92 M3, and stock SL65 as a few examples

Found out what the problem was causing some sounds to give nothing. There's a memory allocation limit for engine + exhaust combined of 2048KB. If the two sounds together exceed that limit, then you get neither engine nor exhaust sound at all. I suspect it's hard-coded into the game's executable so it would have to be overridden with an asi.
