Installation
- Download NFS-VltEd

- Open NFS-VltEd and Import the file and save

It seems that traffic appears more in city, and barely in highway, actually only semi trucks do, but civilian cars not.

I just realized recently no one could install the mod I did fix the issue already and it works now, hope everyone enjoys it
