Addon visual part slots in GlobalC + installer

Added ModScript installer and everything.

Basically this mod adds more addon visual part entries for Vanilla cars and (optionally) generates VLT entries for all of them.
Please note that this only adds them in GlobalC and VLT, you will have to add models yourself.

The parts:
- 5 additional wide bodykit slots for each "racer" vehicle (total 10)
- 17 additional hood slots (including carbon versions) for each "racer" vehicle (total 25 + 25 carbon)
- 9 additional unique spoiler slots for each "racer" vehicle (total 10)

- 41 additional global spoiler slots (including carbon versions) (total 50 + 50 carbon)
- 50 additional licenseplate slots
- 50 additional neon slots

This archive has:

- GlobalC.Izc with added parts
- a folder with part hashes, CarPart JSONs and Labrune txt for modders
- English_Global.bin and Labels_Global.bin language files
- clean backups with original game files
- a modscript installer file

Warning: .nfsms files are pretty big, so please make backups of commerce.bin, FE_ATTRIB.bin and attributes.bin from <yourNFSWfolder>/GLOBAL.
Also make a copy of GlobalC.Izc from <yourNFSWfolder>/CARS.
Also make a copy of your language files from <yourNFSWfolder>/LANGUAGES.

Installation:
Just launch INSTALLER.nfsms using VltEd.

You will need hashes after you used any of .nfsms files.
Hashes are located in folder with corresponding name.

also pls keep in mind that you will need to put models yourself, like with NFS-CarToolkit from nfsu360, this mod was more of a proof of concept and just me screwing around with how many parts i can add kek

Bruh im surprised ppl still download this mod. The JSONs are extracted from GlobalC with Aaron tool and I wouldn't bother with them yet if this is the first time. The JSONs are kinda dictating which parts you can have in the game for each car. Hashes are for being able to actually use the parts in the game, like type them into those .xmls in catalog folder of your offline server. Labrune is a tool for language and text and labrune_entries.txt basically has names of parts like "Glint Wide" etc.
