Spaces for LPlates

A simple mod which allows to use "space" letters on license plates.

How to use:
- get Frosty Mod Manager (https://frostytoolsuitedev.gitlab.io/downloads.html)
- Launch, locate your game folder, import the .fbmod file, and start the game.

interesting plate mod. now i can make realistic plate numbers
