E3 DEMO Presets & Event For Improvment Mode

This Mode restores the E3 Demo Canyon Dual between the DB9 (cutscene car when you launch the game) and Scorpions.
It replaces the Silver Challange Series and adds 2 new presets for you libary.

@LuckyLuke improvement mode memoryfiles includes the lowenheart rims, i know that too but thats binnary instalation, personally I have done that but i dont know how can I create an installing end script.

Man this is a nice mod! But the rims in the DB9 are the Work Euroline FE!
