Updated Camera View

Better updated camera (in my opininion), taking inspiration from NFS The Run, Ghost's NFS era & Aero_'s prostreeet cam mod
To me the default cam pulling away when you're speeding is a bit overdone so I decided to tone it down & tweaked the idle cam for a much better view

Bugs :
- the start race cam transition is a little bit off

NOTE : don't forget to backup your GLOBAL folder just in case

it would be interesting to do the same with the handling inspired by the silverracer's sharp driving and this mod go to the project reformatted, because that was inspired by a prostreet mod
