Description and personal note:

Mayor thanks to nlgzrgn for creating the "NFSU2 Car Sound Tuner", it is thanks to it that this mod was possible to be created.

This is my attempt at recreating the car engine sounds with the proper engine most of these car use irl, all this in an effort to remove the horrid Ferrari 360 Modena from the extreme engine
package of several cars, example: Mazda RX7, Mazda RX8, Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, Toyota Supra between others as well as to try and lower other very repeated engine sounds to make them be more
unique between one another (while keeping a sense of reality to several of these cars too).

With this version it's pretty much become an entire engine sound overhaul since every single car in the vanilla game has been tuned to a certain degree, but just for continuity i'm keeping the "sound pack name"

What's up with the .0.4 in the version?
-There was an issue with the RX7 Pro engine that was causing the game to crash,
realized after, that in v3, i had changed some values that previously had the engine work correctly and in v4 became a bit unstable,
so things SHOULD work correctly for good now and it was just this minor hiccup

Requirements:

You MUST have installed the "NFSU2 Car Sound Tuner" from nlgzrgn, you can find it in the following link:

Please follow the instructions within so you can make a correct use of this mod itself as well.

Instructions:

1- Download and install nlgzrgn's NFSU2 Car sound tuner for NFSU2 (pay attention to the READ ME file from said mod).
2- Go to your NFSU2 install directory and replace the files with the ones from this mod.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!
2.1 - If you're updating from v4.0.3 or previous versions, make sure to delete the CarSoundData folder completely first before installing this mod,
said folder can be found in the following route (or similar, depending on your operative system or where you installed it):
- C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\scripts\CarSoundData

Otherwise you're good to go :)

Uninstall:

1- Just simply restore the original files from nlgzrgn's NFSU2 Car sound tuner for NFSU2 and that's it

to be honest i wouldn't know what would be causing the crash, you'd have to try and remove the mods and see which one is causing the problem, if you say you're driving into the parking lot and then crashes, is possible that the Peugeot is messing you up, since the mod mine is based of, was made with the US version of the game, and seeing the creator for both Olympic imports and NFSU2 Car Sound Tuner is the same, then is likely that the Peugeot is messing you up and change from EU to US
