Dodge Charger SRT8 Pursuit (Addon)

The RPD has just contacted Dodge for a new weapon, and all of you should be prepared for what's coming.

Tuning:
-FENG: Default string error.

Features:
-Deploys on Heat 1 & 2
-Includes Undercover variant

Known issues:
-nada

Minor issues:
-still no Binary
-Some guy by the name of "C0mmunityMindedMiner" will probably make something "better" than this

Installation:
1. Put the COPCHARGER and/or COPCHARGERUC folder into the CARS folder
2. Open NFS-VltEd and import copcharger.nfsms, save and exit
3. Open "Labrune", select ENGLISH.bin in your game directory
4. Select "File" -> "Import" -> "Text File" select copchargers.txt, save and exit
5. Copy and paste the "scripts" folder to your game directory
6. Copy the Ed folder to where you put Ed
7. Open "Ed.exe", click "Main" -> "Open" and search for the game installation folder
8. Click "Tools" -> "Unlock Game Files For Modding"
9. Click "Apply"
10. Make a new save game and enjoy your pursuits (or just modify your current save game)
