New Turbos

This mod will only add the new turbo files and VltEd nodes
So that you can install these new turbos to any car you like
Don't worry there is also an option to apply these turbos to Tuner & Exotic car type

Update 3.5:

- Added auto-apply option
- Added uninstall option (but not the turbo files, you have to delete it by yourself)

- Added Ultimate Variant

Issues:
Turbo Ulti sounds kinda shitty, sounds like a spaceship rather than stututu
