NFS Heat Drift mod

Reworked tire model for a bunch of cars (list in the bottom of the description).

Removed DRIFT STYLE slider from live tuning. Added REV LIMITER SPEED slider to live tuning

All AWD cars in the list are converted to RWD.
The cars need to be tuned towards DRIFT to drift good. Tuning towards ONROAD will make the cars more stable, but less reactive to steering input. Grip style driving is still possible if that's what you're into, but it is very hard and not as fun as you would expect from an arcade racer.

For beginners, I recommend elite showcase suspension and differential, and the lowest drift tire.

How to install:
1. Download Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6
2. Load the file included in this mod into Frosty.
3. Press Launch.
