MW junkman buff&get more of them in career

first update an MOD in such a big community......and sorry for my bad english
but warning：this is an Untested vlted script，so remember to BACKUP your game files！of course if you find any bugs plz leave comment。
so in short this is a vlted mod script which improve the junkman performance upgrade(100%sure for accelerate and topspeed，not sure for handing)especially in nos，and you can get more of them during career by wining blacklist(what you got decide on what performance unlock now)。
installation like other vlted scripts。
{i don't think some one will use my script in his project......anyway free to use in person,but if you want to use it to your mod please ask for permission}
