NFSu2: Hot Wheels Synkro addon (+ Customization)

Greetings NFS folk! This a Hot wheels Synkro mod for NFSu2,

The car was modeled by ValkenVugen, and later enhanced and expanded by LeePhelipe (yours trully)

--> It's fully customizable, even featuring some of the expanded customization as now possible thanks to the Unlimiter v4

***this mod features the scripts from "NFSu2 Animation control" by: Archie (https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/1135)
i've added them as i really couldn't find another solution to have the customizable engine/sound system always visible

Known Bugs:
no vinyls, no decals, ATM the mod doesnt support any of those, maybe in the future? we'll see
Binary shows some errors due to missing languages, i'm not sure if i should remove the non vannila languages from the installation, but feel free to ignore those
