Fortuna Safehouse Relocation

Moves the Fortuna safehouse to its (assumed) correct location.
To install:
1. Download NFS VLTEd 4.5 -
https://nfs-tools.blogspot.com/2017/09/nfs-vlted-v45-released.html
2. Open VLTEd, press CTRL + I and choose the .nfsms file provided
3. Save changes

Update 1.3:
- Cleaned up modscript a bit
- Changed position of ex_3_2 race trigger so it doesn't overlap with the safehouse map icon

Broken mod. Does too many changes, some have nothing to do with this mod.
