Requirements:

Installation:
ModLoader version:
- Be sure that your NFSMW has ModLoader installed.
- Extract ADDONS folder into NFSMW game folder
Addon version:
- Extract SKYLINEZT folder into your NFSMW CARS folder
- Run Binary as an administrator, click on red (User Mode) icon, then pick SKYLINEZT.end and look for NFSMW game directory (ignore the errors if there are any)
- With NFS VltEd, click File - Open and choose NFSMW game directory, then click File - Import - ModScript and pick SKYLINEZT.nfsms. Save it.

For the secondary logo and manufacturing. Go to the "Addon version" folder then go to the "scriptNstuff" folder and using TexEd copy the manufacturing logo and the secondary logo to the "FrontB.Izc" file.
