Faster And More Aggressive Cops

This mod improves the cops speed and they are more aggressive. Sure this mods isn't as good as Hard+ or the Police Chase Overhaul made by Yorpie.
But if you wanted the vanilla experience, than this mods is for you then. Where the cops serve a challenge, and good for high heat races!
