Skid Sound Fix

Didn't the NFSC skid sounds annoy you at some point? Me too. This modscript fixes this annoying problem by making the existing sound very silent, barely noticable.
Also adding the file that brings skid sound back to normal

Installation:
1. If you don't have already - download NFS VltEd from nfsu360's website, install it
2. Open the NFS Carbon game file (mostly NFSC.exe)
3. File>Import>ModScript
4. Choose the file you want to install
