Installation Steps:
1.Install NFSMW Unlimiter V3,
2.Launch Binary V2,
3.Choose User Mode,
4.Select 'Binary Data Install.end',
5.Choose The Directory Where You Have Your NFS MW,
6.Save,
7.Do You Wish To Run The Game? Choose [ No ],
8.Open NFS-VltEd,
9.Open The NFS MW Copy You Have By clicking "File --> Open --> [Insert NFS MW Folder Here]",
10.Install The "FiatVLTED" By Clicking "File --> Import --> ModScript", Click [ Install ] When Prompted,
11.Save And Exit,
12.And You Just Got The Car Installed, But You Need To Make A New Save File First In Order For The Car To Appear, Otherwise It Won't Work.

Install script works only half-way, it installs logos but doesn't copy CARS folder and doesn't add parts to GLOBALB.LZCSo I used Binary in modder mode, and added Maluch's CarTypeInfos.bin, Collisions.bin and DBModelParts.bin manually, now it works!
Did the same with your Zastava Yugo.
Oh and if people installed 1024 vinyls and get crashes with 512 ones, just remove them, I make a copy of Vinyls.bin file and delete original.
