For N4SRazer, he became the actual antagonist of respected modders, I think.
For Ti-Sonic, he wants to be the only one to make his own plate.

Update (to what I asked): I guess I'm missing a brain, sorry for whatever I asked because I didn't read "readme.txt" until I say "adding". To have more license plates in addition to e.g. Razor, Cross, Mia, Taz etc. from "Better License Plates"
