Sport tire texture for VOLK and ADVAN rims

Tire texture is taken from Street Racing Syndicate. The rims textures has more contrast for better seeing details.

Installation: Go to NFSU2 Folder/CARS/WHEELS. Replace the TEXTURES.BIN with the one that is in archive.
