Installation:

2# Run Binary as administrator, press user mode and import TT_Binary.end
installation will take a few seconds, and finally save the files.

3# Create a new profile and start Underground mode.

@NFS2019 I just figured it out, this car appeared on Trade Car screen on Underground mode. Thanks PAL. :) I have seen this Audi.

@apprentice1914 the car does not appear in Car Customize it seems that it is in underground mode

It doesn't show on Car Select screen. I have the latest Binary version, NFSU 1.4, Extra Options and Unlimiter.
Even creating a new Underground profile and still it doesn't appear.
