European License Plates

Who brought some European licence plates in Rockport?

European Licence Plates (older as Romanian Licence Plate) (btw I only live Romania, so sorry about my English.)

Features:
This texture an be replaced via TexEd or Binary
or add via Binary

Installation:

A. Binary Installation

A1. Replace

1. Run Binary as Admin.
2. Click Modder Mode Button.
3. Go to GlobalB.lzc and TPKBlocks.
4. Double click the GLOBALTEXTURES.
5. Replace the NFSU1/U2/MW plate texture with new plate.
6. Save and close Binary.

A2. Add-on (NFSMW only.)

1. Run Binary as Admin.
2. Click Modder Mode Button.
3. Go to GlobalB.lzc and TPKBlocks.
4. Double click the GLOBALTEXTURES.
5. Add texture and name it as "LICENSEPLATE_STYLEXX (if you using addons) or 02
6. Now go to DBModelParts.
7. Double click the PLATES.
8. Locating the Car Parts and Copy Part to 0X53A38E69
9. Rename the plate name for "Romania" or any country names in DebugName.
10. Rename the label to "LICENSE_PLATE_STYLEXX (or 02 in PartLabel.
11. Go to the TEXTURE_NAME.
12. Rename to LICENSEPLATE_STYLEXX or 02.
13. Close the window.
14. Save and close Binary.

NOTE: You must install the addon one to create new save.

B. TexEd Installation

1. Run TexEd as Admin.
2. Open GlobalB.lzc file.
3. Locate the "LICENSEPLATE"
4. Replace it with new plate.
5. Save and close TexEd.

Q. Will it supported to Carbon, ProStreet or Undercover?
A. Not sure why. But works partially and almost.

Q. Can I upload to other sites?
A. NO, THAT'S WRONG! UPLOADING TO OTHER SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION IS WRONG!

Q. Will it be compatible to Repacks?
A. N O ! ! ! I HATE REPACKS SO MUCH!

Q. Is it Add-on?
A. Look for the installation.

Q. Will it work for Unlimiter V3?
A. Yep. Only works for add-on.

Q. Is this compatible for Better License Plates?
A. Have you see the installation lately? Because that's why it works.
