(NFSC) Increase Traffic Density

This small modification will increase the traffic density (NFSC)
How to install:
Open NFSVlted>
File>
Import>
ModScript>
Select the .nfsms file, click on install then save changes.

Update 11 November: Traffic density increased even more
Update 10 November: Fixed installer errors
