no recharge nos for MW




now these change won't use for bonus car and special challenge car
by using unused nos files called "starter" and add a file as full upgraded nos,now your nos won't recharge as time passing,meaning you need to be careful to use nitro.
once you ran out your nos,maybe you are screwed.
although the nos should be enough:
pro ver with 40s.capacity and 1 torque boost
ultimate ver with 60s.capacity and 1.5 torque boost
and......junkman will X1.5 capacity and X1.05 torque boost

So maybe 20 second for 1 stage NOS, 30 for second and 40 for ultimate? It will be great. Anyway thank you for making this mod

Cool mod, but can you add options for total NOS amount? I understand that everyone (EVERYONE!!!!!111 *in CROSS voice*) have different taste in terms of gamedesign and difficulty, but for me even 40 secs of NOS for one race feel like cheating: even in lap races, 40 seconds of NOS is like half a lap on pure NOS - AI just cant overtake this. And this is despite the fact that I'm playing with several increased difficulty mods and drive pretty weak car (Honda Civic in redux, its like Punto in vanilla game).
