[NFS:C] [W2C] Start Story Compatible [Reworked]

This mod will make the start story to be compatible with W2C(World 2 Carbon) mod. I had a previous mod with an old version for this mod but I deleted it from nfsmods.xyz because it's outdated and this one will be much better

@Antoninoturbo, It's not hard, If you watched the video just follow what I did. When Neville overtakes you and Nikki, wait for him to come again and then activate the blocker.

I think that is better to change the circuit for the tutorial race since is really hard to do it ut for the rest is realy good
