BETA WHEELS FOR POLICE CARS

This mod returns the silver rims that were seen in the loading screens and betas of the game. It has a HI and LO file to make it more comfortable.
update 1.1
-Fixed a texture bug that caused one of the front and reverse lights to come on
-the image was updated

-update 2.0
two vehicles added
-Ford Crown Victory
-dodge charger srt8 police
-the crown vic has lights similar to previous builds in the game
update 2.01:
added ford explorer (does not have two dds files that focus on the movement of the darker wheels, it will only be seen if it is still)
