beta livery for police cars

this was an idea i had a month ago first i started by fixing the "4981" and then i fixed everything
I extracted the textures from the beta "BENZ"
I made two versions one for the DANZ and DGlorio mod (it is the one that most resembles the beta) and another for the final version
INSTRUCTIONS IN THE TEXT FILE
update 1.1 fixed some livery bugs and corrected description text
update 1.2:
-the HD version of the beta board was put since it used an old version
UPDATE 1.3:
-the color of the final version is darkened to make it more accurate.
-the thumbnail was changed
